Queen from central Europe

Me and my husband were sitting in the grass yesterday talking about catching our first queen and this one crawled up on his shoe. :)
I think she might be a Camponotus (herculeanus or ligniperdus?) or Formica (sanguinea or rubiffibarbis?). I hope she's not a just a major worker.
Could someone, please identify her?

Location: Czech Republic (central Europe) in a city park
Time: June 3rd, 5 PM (warm sunny day after a rainy day)
Length: about 10-12 mm

All we had at home was this small plastic test tube. Is it big enough or is it worth it to move her to a bigger one?

So I was told it's Formica rufa, Formica pratensis or Formica polyctena. Those are all social parasites and that's probably just too advanced for me. So she'll be going back in the wild. :-(
