ant found in house not sure queen
found this ant stuck in bath tub large black not sure if its a queen or if i should keep or if i need to call the pest guy

It could be a queen, to find out, send an image clearly showing the ant. Images sent using the software of this forum have a high chance of not sending, so try to send a link to a dropbox if possible. Judging by the images, many people in this forum could identify the cast of the ant (queen or not).

It is hard to tell from the image, but it looks like a queen. Calling pest control is unnecessary, I think there are other ways of dealing with this. If you think that you have a colony, the presence of a queen does not prove that, the queen was planning to start a colony, but did not get the chance.
If you want to let the ant to leave the house, you could always leave it outside, but instead, you can keep the queen so that it founds a colony in captivity, and have your own colony. This means that you can always start your own colony using it, or let it go.
