I Have This Queen That I Recently Found And I Need Some Help Identifying It, Also Do Queen Alates Remove There Wings After Mating Or Do They Keep Them For A While?

Its a medium size, a bit light brown reddish, it still has its wings and has a brown linings in its gaster
