Two Tetramorium sp. queens?

Good afternoon everyone,

I caught these two potential queens this afternoon, both around 4 pm EST, July 4th.
EDIT - Sorry, forgot to mention I'm in Waterloo, Ontario.
They both measure approximately 8-10 mm long.

Sorry for the quality, I only have my phone to work with. If better pictures are needed I will do my best to take more. Thanks for the help :)

Your identification is correct :)
