Please Help to Identify this Species

Hey,
Im pretty new to the ant keeping community and I was wondering if someone could please help me identify the type of species of ants that I have been seeing around. I live in Africa so that might help to identify it. Thanks!

not sure what species he is but its small and cute

I am pretty sure that I have correctly identified them as African Big headed ants (Pheidole), as I have noticed major and minor workers amongst the colony.
