Yesterday it rained and today was humid and hot-ish. I decided to go for a stroll and look for queens! I spent like 20 mins walking one way and 15 the same way back. Then I spotted it, a one winged ant. Quite small so it was hard to distinguish the different body part sizes.

Here are the best images I could capture, she was quite fast/lively:

I let him go, pretty sure because after the first night no wing shedding and because the gaster was super tiny, and because the ant was like 1/3 of my other Camponotus queen that it was probably an alate.
