Do Tetramorium make red workers ?

I have a Queen that I thought was Tetramorium, she has a few workers several months old and they remained red.

Could these be fire ants ?

When did she get her workers?

My tetremorium have the same thing, there workers exoskeletons stay orange, it is most likely because hibernation.
