Queen ants identification

hey guys, the other day i found some winged ants outside my house but i couldn`t identificate if they are queens or the species. Thanks very much. Im from Buenos Aires, Argentina btw.

I'm not an expert,but I know a thing or two about ants and that ant is a male,didn't get a good look at it's head,but still sure it's a he...If he didn't die yet,he probably didn't mate yet,but you can still release him maybe it's too late because their nuptial flight is over but there's still hope that he will find an unfertilized female
