hi I caught a new queen and I have been keeping it in my ant farm for mabie a week now and I don't know the type it is black and still has its wings I don't know if it is mated or not because it still has not layed any eggs it seems to like the dryness I know that because it has been living in the farm, not the water test tube. pls help

by the way she is about 1/2 a inch
