Species Identification

I live in Houston Texas and we had some heavy ran about two days ago and I found a colony out side of its nest in between two slabs of concrete, Multiple queens and workers and brood I’m assuming the nest was flooded, I snatched up two queens and some brood and about 20 workers and making sure I left a queen for the colony to survive. They almost look like fire ants to me but they don’t seem agressive enough during feeding I’m leaning towards tetramorium but would like some one more experienced to identify since I am pretty new to this. Best pictures I could get with a iPhone I hope it’s good enough.
