Hi I have recently found a new species of ant in my back yard. I have captured 9 queens, and 3 males, all straight out of the nest. The date caught was today, 10/20/2018, and I live in Washington State, United States. I forgot how to post pictures, but i'll get measurements if you need them.
Thanks guys!

Re: Ant Identification Help
You don’t want to grab queen alates directly out of the nest because that means they haven’t mated yet. They mate in the air with male alates from other nests.
Keeping:
Tetramorium immigrans * Lasius Neoniger * Lasius Claviger * Messor Aciculatus * Myrmica Rubra * Camponotus Novaeboracensis * Camponotus Turkastanus * Pheidole Pallidula
