No "Img" button on control bar.can't post image.

This seems to be the problem of why I can't post photos. How do I make this button appear. I've been trying to figure this out for days..!!! Please help!!! I have queens to identify .Thanks

This should be the img button: Image
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.
