What species is this please?

Hello everyone,

It's strange but yesterday I caught another queen which is wierd since it wasn't very warm outside. She probably is not even fertilized but I caught her anyway for identification and I give her a try.

Would be great if someone could help me with the identification.

Location: Niederfeulen, Luxembourg On my appartment door
Time: 09/10/2018 18:00
Size: About 0,7-0,8mm (a bit like my lasius niger queens)
Appearance: She looks brownish but I might have to check again if it's hard to see on the pictures.
Additional: She was not franticly searching for something or flying arround but rather calmly running arround on my door to find a way inside. Probably because it got a bit cold arround that time.

I suck at this but I’m thinking Lasius.

Since I have like 10 lasius niger to compare with I can say definetly not big enough. ^^
