Unknown Ant Queen? UK

So sitting there minding my business drinking my tea because you know British and all. Out the corner of my eye I catch a winged ant?? I was instantly confused I'm sure flights for the ants in my area of the UK were over till next year??
I'm not sure what this little guy is, doesn't look like the other Lasius queens i have plus isnt she a little late in that case? Could it be a male drone but they only live a few weeks??

The ant in question is here: http://imgur.com/a/2aWUVDy

It's an orangey blacky yellowy colour? I'm not sure if its a queen. My hunch is that its a very late male but if anyone can clear my confusion up for me that would be super!

From what I can see, it look like she got that booty to be having some babies. It’s a tad hard to see but the last picture looks like it’s pretty round. Her wings to me are the most interesting. Very unique from any I’ve seen so far. Best I can do man

Thanks for trying dude. The wings are definitely intresting, you cant see in those pictures too well but half of the wings are jet black?? Not to mention the size of the queen, her head is huge and she herself is bigger compared to my other Lasius niger queens so im starting to doubt my male theory?? Heres some much better pictures of her/him/it: http://imgur.com/a/xUHw6ha
