Looks like a Crematogaster sp. It's a little hard to tell, though.
First year and already enjoying it!

1 Solenopsis molesta colony with ~10 nanitic workers and lots of brood

If you could get some in-focus pictures then it would be much easier to identify the ant. Preferably take pictures of the sides and a top-down view of it with plenty of lighting and on contrasting surface, like white
