Ant indentification for a newbie ^^

Hello everyone,

I caught a queen on ant that landed on my window a few month back (yes that doesn't get easier than this). But since I started caring for it I wasn't able to identify it myself.

I think it starting to get quite urgent since they are growing in nubers and if I'm honest I dont really know the specification of keeping those unknown (to me) ants. Can you help me? (see attached pictures).

Other question, when should I move them to an ant nest?... If that helps I live in the northen part of France.

Sorry for the pictures I really struglded to get decent ones since the ants are so so small (even for ants, I think ^^)
