Hey everyone,
So for a while now I've known about these ants and my parents have been annoyed by their entrance into our house. So today I went out and investigated under my driveway where I'd seen several holes along the dirt in the bottom. I pulled back the grass and sure enough, some workers came to investigate. I got one to climb onto my hand and tried to take pictures with my iPhone camera, but it was rather difficult. I put her back down where I picked her up and did some digging but now I'm just more confused. I live in Ohio and all I really know about the ants is that they a) live in my driveway, b) have a black body with a grey-ish looking gaster, and c) have been there for a looong time (longer than we've lived in this house (about 9 years now)).
Any and all help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Edit: Apparently I can't attach the JPEG? So for now here's this cool link:

Formica subsericea or argentea, looks like. Definitely Formica.
