Crematogaster Sp. to properly I'd her we would need to see mesoma or thorax for a further ID.

An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Hey guys, it's been 2 weeks already and she still hasn't laid any eggs ): how long does it usually take for this specie?

She likely won't be laying eggs until next spring.

It is recommended to hibernate her but some people choose not to. If you do hibernate her be sure to give her a small drop of honey or sugar water. And I advise you to not keep her to cold. Between 53-60 degrees Fahrenheit is suggested.
