Is she cut on her faster? (Abdomen) in the pictures it looks like it is cut or damaged, could you confirm please?
You test tube look like it has a lot of water drops inside it. Careful of this as she can drown.
Although I am not familiar with the subspecies, it looks like a components queen. Have a look at the subspecies in your area online and you may get a better result as u can see her in person.

I actually have to say Crematogaster spp. I found it matched the shape a lot better than the Camponotus spp.
