Lasius or Tetramorium?

Found this morning so I am leaning towards Lasius...maybe Lasious neoniger? But not sure..

Found about 11:30am...only queen I have seen today

I don't think she is either honestly looks like a crematogaster

No worries! If you're unsure wait for another more experienced person to correct me( they will ) but here is my process

First I noticed how many petiole this gave me the general family myrmicinae

Next I looked at the genus in that family and keys. Alot of simple ways to determine revolve around the gaster and petiole. Her gaster comes to a point suggesting to me that she is more crematogaster, as opposed to the two original theories of lasius and tetramorium. Next I tried focusing on her head specifically mandibles and Antena segments and clubs and if my counting is correct it should lead us to crematogaster.
