I recently caught two ants that look like queens. Can someone please tell me if they are indeed queens and if so, what species? Thanks!

Also, how do you add photos to this page???

I have no idea. I just got into ant keeping, so I’m a complete noob. If that is what my queens are, is that rare or cool or something??

I read it takes a while for crematogaster eggs to go to workers. But the workers have cool heart shaped gasters!

Nice!!

The queens are very small, about the size of my thumb nail. Could they still be queens?
