After looking I know people will want more pics. I do not know the species and I'm not that good for IDing but the big thorax (big bulky back where the wings come from) for me makes her seem very much Queeny. If you can get a pic of her abdomen (her big butt) it would help for sure with getting a decent ID. Congrats
Research is important before during and even after you have established a colony. There is always time to learn and to listen to others experiences. Live by this and your ants will thrive. Fail to do so and your experience may be brief.
