Identify these three queens

I am almost sure they're all Lasius sp but lets see what everyone else things these are the same ant in this first set ill brake the pictures up into 3 sets as I have 3 different queens

I'm not brilliant with ID'S but I think:
No. 2 and 3 are Lasius Flavus or L.Brevicornis if your from America.
I don't really know No.1 as I couldn't see the abdomen clearly.

I think it could also be Lasius Flavus/Brevicornis.

Sadly one pasted away last night no clue why. Also on a side note on ant maps doesnt say those are native to Manitoba
