Morocco Queens Identification

I caught them in this month in Morocco, Agadir. They seem to be polygynous, they raise their brood together and I haven't seen an act of agression. (I know that shortly after the workers will be born only one queen could stay alive, if they aren't polygynous ) Nuptial flight of this species was massive. They are 5mm long (0,20in).
