So I caught two ant queens at different times. The first picture is the smallest Queen however the second queen was the one I was looking to have identified. Apologies on the photo quality as it's hard to capture through the plastic.

Maybe invicta? I am not sure these are in Canada, so maybe pogomyrmex?
