I got 2 queens just like this, please ID
Ontario Canada, caught them yesterday.

looks like some sort of social parasite.
Keeper of:
Camponotus Pennsylvanicus,
Camponotus Nearcticus,
Formica Neogagates,
Formica Subsericea
Lasius flavus,
and Prenolepis Imparis.
