Tetramorium immigrants???

Ok so I have posted before trying to identify if these little guys are tetramorium immigrants but the photo i took was very bad. Now these are not the best but hopefully someone can make a identification from them.

Thank you guys for your help. Thanks to you I think I have found out what species of lasius this is. So if I'm not mistaken the ants in my back yard here are (lasius neoniger) the photo on top is a Google photo of this species and the bottom is my best photo I have of my outside friends. I'm so excited if I am right because these little guys have a nuptial flight at the beginning of September :D

Yeah remember when looking for tetramorium your looking for those two bumps before the gaster
