Please ID My queens! Barrie, Ontario

Hi everyone, I have caught 10 queens in the last 2-4 weeks. I honestly don’t know what they are. I have 4 Formica ( I think) all with egg piles, 4 red ants of some sort no eggs, a crematoghaster(I think) caught 2 days ago so no eggs there(please excuse my spelling if it’s off). 1 Completly unknown queen and 1 campontus(I think). I will try to link photos somehow. I am located in Ontario, Canada(Toronto area). I will try leaving a link to my YouTube video{{ [youtube]https://youtu.be/EcI0lnclP94[/youtube] }}where I have a video of most of the queens I was talking about(I released 2 queens after this video because they looked sick, but I have also caught 2 more scince then, the crematoghaster and the unknown.) I will leave photos for the two most recent ants as well.

the larger reddish queen is likely Aphanogaster sp.
the last 3 queens you showed are likely Myrmica, (make sure to feed the Myrmica queens because they are semi claustral).
The queen you showed after the aphanogaster queen is not a queen ant but a wingless wasp.
The aphanogaster queeen might be a semi claustral species so consider feeding her too.

Video is kind of awful for identification.

The first set of black queens are Formica subsericea.

The ~10mm black and red queen is a Formica social parasite and will need Formica worker pupae to start a colony. If she is in the sanguinea group (if she has a clypeal notch) then she is most likely unsuitable for captivity.

The red and black insect following her is a mutillid wasp.

The rest are Myrmica queens, which cannot be identified without microscopic examination of the workers.

Also how can I tell if she has a clypeal notch?

The clypeal notch is the front of the head right behind the mandibles it's almost impossible to see detail on ants without a zoom

So do you thing it’s worth keeping this queen? If so where can I find Formica peupi?
