1st queen was found in yard, just moved into a hole, looks dark brown/black, about 6mm long

This second queen and workers were found in the woods, on an old log, I peeled back some bark and there they were, I was looking for a newly settled Camponotus pennsylvanicus, which this is obviously not, they are orange in color and after they settled in to a different formicarium than the one pictured, they remain completely still and hidden until nighttime, when they appear fairly active. The queen is around 5mm long.

Can't help with queen 1, she's got some terrifying looking mandibles though
