myrmica rubra queen?

I found a queen ant that is approx. 6mm in length and has 2 petiole parts. I found a similar looking ant from an established colony from about a block away that stings (personal experience) and builds shallow nests under wet rotting logs.

i apologise for the bad picture quality, im going on a road trip tomorrow morning so we already packed up the cameras and the marco lens.

Can someone please try to ID? Thanks.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

The quality is fine, maybe tetromorium?
