Afternoon guys,

I am super excited to find this female, I assume she is some type of Solonopsis but I am unsure. It was starting to rain and she just walked out in front of me like it was no big deal. She is huge compared to my other queen that is currently laying, species yet unidentified, I will do that once her first nanictic shows up, or male. Fingers crossed for me! Anyway, here she is.

The objects near the tube are to help with a size measure. I know shes not flat but she is about the size of the penny when laid flat. She is currently pulling at the cotton a little bit so Im unsure if she is fully clostral or just mad I got her in here lol

Thanks a lot in advance guys!

She stopped pulling at the cotton and is just chilling. I hope this means she accepted her new home.

Camponotus castaneus. ID requests require measurements, FYI.

Sorry about that. That's why I uploaded the one with the penny and random objects for reference.

Thank you very much
