So I found the species of the ants in my colony on this website.
http://termitesandants.blogspot.com/2010/01/camponotus-genus.html?m=1
They listed it under a small subspecies of camponotus irritans as camponotus sp(02) but i cant seem to find this exact subspecies on any other site.
Does anyone know the subspecies of the ants listed on the website as camponotus sp(02)? I caught the queen in singapore so it belongs to the southeast asia/malaysia region?
Whats the subspecies of this colony

Can someone try to help please? Thanks.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

Subspecies are hard to tell. Usually it is based on hairs on the ants or even a slightly different colorFannuubannuu wrote: ↑Tue Aug 14, 2018 3:26 pmSo I found the species of the ants in my colony on this website.
