Found this weird solo ant

Some weird ant i came across randomly in my home not sure of species. I live in the eastern cape of south africa hope someone can help identify itImage Its quite large for ants around this part of the area around 18 mm in length if that helps any

Looks like a queen. Pics not good enough to identify further.
