Is this a tetramorium ant?

Hello everyone I'm going to keep this short and sweet. This colony of ants has been living at the bottom of my porch stairs for years. I took a picture of one of the little guys to find out what they could be. Maybe I can catch one of their queens. I'm thinking they are of the tetramorium immigrants as for I am located in the North East United States. And they love under a giant rock at the bottom of my stairs.

First year of antkeeping, already enjoying it!

Currently founding:

Lasius niger
Lasius umbratus
Lasius flavus

Still hoping to find a Formica queen.
