Hi, I caught my queens in Rockingham, North Carolina. She laid her eggs and some have hatched. Hopefully these pics will be enough to show them, if not let me know and I’ll try to take more.

Please read the rules to identification. And we'll need closer pics to ID.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

I'd guess Pheidole Sp. as well.

Maybe Pheidole dentigula?
