I would need measurments and the place you catched her.
I caught it in canada alberta red deer. Its also around 5 mm. And also is it a
queen ant?? I have had it for about 3 months and i dont think it has laid any eggs. I thought i saw eggs once but the white dots dissapeard. It has scars on the back and a big bum. Still alive lol. Trying to move her to another tube cause the one shes in is gone moldy...... just moved her.

It looks like a queen (judging from what you said and the fact that her gaster looks large) and if she did lay eggs I would feed her some honey because it would seem like you stressed her out and she ate her eggs

Ok thank you for helping me,
but I think there is something wrong with her
cause she isn't laying eggs anymore and I have not disturbed her. I have captured 2 other queen ants and they already have a crap ton of eggs
. One of them already has some tiny little baby ants!! I had to move the other one to a new capsule cause the one she was in has no more water
. If you help me identify these queens it would be very apreciated. Cause I have a funny feeling they are carpenter ants or some type of ant that can eat wood. (I have a wooden forum (?)(the farm for the ants))
