Possible Camponotus vicinus??

This is an a queen ant I caught in Gilbert, Arizona on July 14 of 2018 on a paved area adjacent to a park. She is 5 mm long. I think she might be a camponotus ant based on the bands on her gaster (maybe campnotus vicinus) but I genuinely have no idea especially because 5 mm seems too small for a carpenter ant. If anyone can help me get a species ID that would be great!

Camponotus Vicinus is a European species and is not found here in North America. What you probably have is Camponotus Modoc which is way more likely. But we would need to see pics to be sure.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Camponotus vicinus is common in North America from about the central portions to the west. However, I don't believe that the ant in the photo is vicinus. 5 mm is too small.

Just realized my mistake, I was thinking Camponotus Vagus not Vicinus . I agree with it not being C.Vicinus. Please get closer pics for a proper ID.
