Help to identify two species of queens

I caught these queens last night in Florida and am wondering what species they are. The small ones are yellowish and I think could be Pharoah ants. The larger ones I’m pretty sure they’re big headed ants since that is what I saw crawling around the place where I believe the nest is. Also I was not sure if they were fertilized yet so I put males into the container with them. Is that a bad idea? Thanks for the help.

The first queen is Camponotus. Fully claustral.
The other queens I can't tell.
Ants only mate at a certain day in flight, so the males will not accomplish anything except for stressing the queens out. (camponotus queens do not do well with stress. ) Go ahead and remove them.
