Just found these two ants and I’m pretty sure they’re males but just wanted to ask to make sure. Any idea what species they are too?

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,

yet it stores its provisions in summer

It is hard to say exactly how to tell... It mostly just takes time and experience. They look more waspish. very small head, and the have claspers at the end of their abdomen.
