ID Help Pls FL

About 9-10 Millimeters, sorry about the bad images I can't get them better.
Found on 2/5/19 at around 4:30 PM in Land O Lakes florida in an area with a big sidewalk with two decent size strips of grass, close to houses found on the sidewalk while the images don't show it her head and gaster are a faint red, she isn't moving too much, i found two of them, no big colonies in sight, both of them have no wings.

I'm thinking Melaphorus sp.. Would 100% need better photos for a more accurate identification but that's what I reckon.

Thanks, I saw her cleaning (one of) her gaster so !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I searched up Melaphorus and they both looks sort of like one of them

Looking closer it may be a Formica archboldi queen due to distribution, color and the size, also that the legs are in the same place (just under the mesosoma
