Help! How can I help my colony?

I have a colony of Tetramorium sp. e ants, said colony was moved out of their old THA genesis test tube into a test tube portal/ac test tube setup. I did not have time to move the entire colony :? but the queen is in the test tube. I wanted to ask if I could help the queen in any way, she has five workers in her setup with her and roughly three and a few larva in the old THA test tube. The test tube a a small sliding habitat in it and not a lot of water (original reason for moving the colony.) I hope SOMEBODY can help!

Thank you.
Colonies:
Founding Tetramorium Colony
22 Queen Tapinoma Sessile (send help they eat a lot)
Lasius Neoniger 200 ish colony

the THA genesis test tube is larger than ac adapters and has a small insert that has some sand on it. The ants are on this. When I attempted to move them by taking out that slip and placing it into the test tube portal the ants started to escape. I moved in the queen and a bunch of workers. my plan is to give them a small outworld and move the old test tube to there. (the test tube is super moldy)

Yes, if you put the test tube in the outworld then leave it there they will move in.
