Hey! I'm from Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines. Are there any other Filipino or Filipino at heart ant keepers and enthusiasts out there?

Thanks! I've been watching AntsCanada for a long time now, the other day I decided to start my own pet colonies. Amazingly, I caught 3 Solenopsis geminata queens on my first week.

Congrats! I hope one or 2 are fertile! My solenopsis queen died yesterday :( however I have 2 unidentified queens with eggs and larva and a camponotus pensylvanicus colony of 3. Finally a newish Argentine ant (linepithema humile) colony of five queens! There growing splendidly. Never had a colony get past founding. What’s the colony your looking for? Mine is black crazy ants. Can’t remember the species name off the top of my head.

Umm I don't know the name or the scientific name of the ant but its my childhood ant. Its a black ant but its pretty big. They have this hole in the ground and we'll poke grass blades in it and they'll bite on the grass. They look like bullet ants tho.
