I wish I could subscribe to my state on the GAN project page so I would be notified by email or text or whatever when something changes in my state. For example, you could send an email when a new GAN farmer is added or when an existing GAN farmer lists additional queens. Justin idea. Thanks for reading!

I think that would be a neat option.

And maybe a notification that pops up every year to remind them their GAN Farmers or to end their contract as there are loads of GAN Farmers in England with no Queens. It takes me a minute or so just to flick through them all only to see a few farmers with queens!

Thank you for these suggestions. We are planning some cool things for GAN in the coming months. Hopefully we will be able to work in some cool features like these!

Is there any thought on adding an option for pictures of the colonies? I know this could open a whole can of worms, but for people who have no idea what they are looking at by species name, it may help them make their decision. I do send pictures via email after the fact anyways, but this could eliminate that step and streamline the process.
