I recently ordered an AC order with tubes and adapters/portals. It has now been a week… should I be worried if it is not here? I have not yet checked mail, as it very late where I live.

I would say that is normal. Usually people order so much during the Christmas season that it can happen that the package delivery guys are a bit slow or overloaded with work. So I would say expect a delay in delivery. About a week seems still plausible.
