Faster Customer Service Email Support

Hello Ant Lovers,

We at AntsCanada have been busy working at improving your customer service experience. Starting this Monday, we will have new customer service staff who will be able to answer your emails within 24 hrs (as opposed to 2-3 days like before) from Monday-Friday EST. If you email us on the weekend, it will be 24 hrs from Monday 9AM EST.

Gotta admit, slightly intrigued as to what "choleric shafting" might be :lol:

It's also nice to hear that customer service is something you're focusing on, not that I thought the service was bad in the first place. When I placed my order (after your youtube vids resparked an old interest) which was taking a while to ship, I received a reasonably prompt and professional reply assuring me all was well
