I ordered a couple Items on the website under Order #102498 back on July 18 and they are still in the processing phase. Is this normal? Thanks for your time.

Unfortunately so. The order I placed the same day as yours is still processing. I placed an order back in 2016 that took almost 6 weeks to ship.

I wouldn't say it is "normal", we just happened to have problems at the factory with Hybrids last month. We usually are able to ship out orders within a week of the order being placed. We have Hybrid Nests arriving this weekend and most of the back orders, including yours, will be shipped out early next week. Sorry about that.
