My stigmatomma queen and workers died.

They came from the wild, and I put them in a test tube setup. Maybe they just didn't adjust to captivity well, or couldn't go a week without food.

Why u people dont understand a queen only could live without food i her first round of egg laying but when egg becomes worker and you still want them to live in test tube u have to provide small pieces of food.. :geek: :geek: :geek:

That species is semi-claustral meaning that they do need food in the founding stage.

The queen is semi clustral not the workers...u should feed workers next time

I planned to feed them a centipede once I could find one. I understand very well about how to feed an ant colony and about fully and semi claustral queens.
