I dont understand so can you try and help?

Let us know of your ant colonies or queens that have passed away. We will grieve together but will also learn why your ants may not have succeeded.

I recently found a native Pavement ant species (tetremorium immagran) And I cleaned the test tube out with 1 part vinegar and 5 part water and i ran it under hot water and i used soap and really put some elbow grease into it. I checked on my queen yesterday (i kept her for about 24 hours) and I saw she was dead. I don't know if it was the vinegar or a natural  Please leave any information you have on Pavement Ants and if you have any tips on where I can find them. Thank you all SOOOO much, And have a Great day!

She mite of died because she was infertile.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony

Oh ok, she didn’t have wings and I just thought she was fertile. Is there an ABSOLUTE way to tell they are fertile?
