so yeah she didn't make it,

9 days from Spain gave her honey and protein first day she arrived she eat it all in a few hours, left her for a week checked on her she had a small clutch of eggs so leave her for another 2 weeks and she was dead :(
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs
