looks like its this one but its not on the list of swedish ants could it be and undiscoverd specis in sweden

For similarity with wasps, look at the antennae of your photo, the wasp photo with ripped of wings and photo I posted earlier then compare it to
Your ants antennae aren't similar to what ants have, thus there is all the reason to think its not ant, and thus it wouldn't be surprising if its not listed as ant species anywhere.
